14-Day Return Policy

Return Packaging and Documentation
For efficient processing of your return, please include a copy of your original delivery note or proof of purchase inside the return package. Additionally, include a note specifying the reason for your return, your full name, order number, email address, and whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange. This information helps us to quickly identify your order and expedite the return process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 10 working days, provided all return documentation is included and the item meets the return conditions outlined above. Refunds will be credited back to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end.

Shipping and Return Items Not Accepted In-Store
Please note that as part of our Shipping and Return policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for online purchases at our physical walk-in stores operated by Robicals Store. All returns related to Shipping & Return must be sent via mail according to the instructions provided in our Shipping & Return guidelines to be eligible for processing.
